"I start with original designs inspired by arts and crafts, shaker, and Adirondack style details. Designs are executed in the finest solid hardwoods with exposed precision joinery, much of it hand-cut and hand-finished. I feel compelled to add unusual embellishments that make the pieces stand out, often depicting images from our natural environment executed in copper, stone, glass, or carved wood."
